Rueda
"Syllabus"
On Mondays, (at
Que Pasa on the first of each month) we also teach Bristol's only
regular Salsa Rueda classes.
Rueda is a fast and intricate
group dance, led by someone who calls out the names of the moves and generally
tries to keep the whole thing from grinding to a halt. It is therefore
important that everyone knows what the calls mean - and so we stick to
teaching moves that are recognised in as many places as possible, rather
than just making them up!
We've taught about 100 different

are a bit debatable, it depends on how sensitive the follower is and the
skill of the leader.
