Hen-activities
We've taught numerous hen parties. You will learn something - a lot - but the emphasis is on having fun and doing a few things with your body that you wouldn't normally do: how to look sexy when you dance, how to do a body roll, etc.

We usually teach a routine that all the girls can do together and then teach you how to do all your saucy new moves with a guy. By the end of 90 minutes you'll be amazed how good you look and the lucky bride will be invited (cajoled, pressured or indeed forced) into a solo display with Ian.
